I can no longer attend the sound odyssey, I’ve got the wrong date, will I be reimbursed or can I exchange my tickets?

Unfortunately no, tickets cannot be exchanged, changed or refunded. You will find our complete Terms and Conditions at the bottom of this page.

How to book?

Reservations can be made directly via our online ticketing service: https://tickets.theatre-antique.com/home. It is also possible to buy tickets on site, for the date of your choice. If you buy your ticket in advance, either on site or online, you’ll enjoy unrestricted access on arrival.

WHAT ARE THE OPENING TIMES FOR ODYSSÉE SONORE?

The Sound Odyssey depends on nightfall. As a result, opening times vary from month to month. When you make your reservation, after choosing the date, you can also choose one of the available times. We invite you to arrive around 30 minutes before your session time, so that we can welcome you, equip you and give you all the information you need to enjoy the best possible experience.

How long does the sound odyssey last?

The show lasts 45 minutes.

Is the sound odyssey opend to children under 7?

No, the sound odyssey is not accessible to children under 7, due to the immersive nature of the experience and the fragility of the equipment. It is, however, possible to attend the show with a child under the age of 7, but they will not be equipped with headphones and a smartphone. For babies, a baby carrier or stroller is highly recommended.

IS THE SHOW CANCELLED IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER?

In the event of heavy rain, the show will be cancelled. Please note that due to weather fluctuations, the decision to cancel may be taken no later than 2pm on the day of the show. You will be notified as soon as possible in the event of cancellation, by e-mail or SMS, according to the information provided at the time of booking. As several show sessions are scheduled each evening, it is possible that only one session will be unavailable. Please note, however, that a little rain does not prevent the show from going ahead.

Are we refunded if the show is cancelled?

In the event of cancellation on our part (e.g. due to bad weather), customer service will offer you the choice of: rescheduling your ticket to a later date of your choice, subject to availability, or a refund of the ticket in question. However, your travel expenses will not be refunded. You will find our complete General Terms and Conditions of Sale via the following link at the bottom of this page.
Warning: it is important to note that a postponement/refund can only be requested once the cancellation has been announced.

Are dogs welcome?

Yes, you can bring your four-legged friend along, as long as you keep him on a leash! Please note, however, that caution is advised, given the immersive nature of the experience.

WHAT ARE THE ACCESS CONDITIONS FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES ?

The show is free for wheelchair users and an accompanying person. Access to the show is only possible from the Orchestra, as all other areas have staircases. To make a reservation, please send your proof to contact@odyssee-sonore.com, specifying the day and time you would like to book. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Who benefits from reduced rates?

The list of reduced-rate beneficiaries is as follows:
– Children aged 7 to 17
– Students
– Job-seekers
– Education Pass holders
– Residents of Orange
To qualify for the reduced rate, you will be asked to show proof of entitlement at access control. If you don’t have proof of entitlement, you’ll be asked to pay a €4 supplement corresponding to the full rate.

Is there a rate for Orange residents?

Yes, residents of the city of Orange benefit from the reduced rate of 18€. You’ll need to show proof of address less than three months old, as well as proof of identity, at access control.
